🚀 New Integrations: Okta, Databricks, Jira, and Confluence

We're excited to announce the addition of four new integrations to our platform:

• Okta: Securely connect your Okta organization to Panoptico to streamline user management and enhance security monitoring.

• Databricks: Integrate your Databricks workspaces to gain visibility into your data and AI workflows. We support both OAuth and PAT-based authentication for flexible setup.

• Jira & Confluence: Connect your Atlassian suite to Panoptico. Create and manage Jira issues and Confluence pages directly from our platform, and link them to your incidents and alerts for seamless collaboration.

💬 Enhanced Slack Integration: More Power, More Control

Our Slack integration is now more powerful than ever. We've added a new suite of advanced features that allow you to:

• Post Rich Messages: Send messages with complex formatting, including attachments and blocks, to your Slack channels.

• Ephemeral Messages: Send temporary messages that are only visible to a specific user.

• Update & Delete Messages: Edit or remove messages that have already been sent.

• Reactions & Scheduled Messages: Add emoji reactions to messages and schedule messages to be sent at a later time.

• Direct Messages: Send direct messages to users in your Slack workspace.

• Save to Slack: Save alerts and tasks directly to Slack as messages for quick collaboration.

🚨 Expanded Alerting Capabilities for Azure and GCP

We've significantly expanded our library of out-of-the-box alert definitions for both Azure and GCP. This includes new alerts for:

• Azure: AI, Backup, Compliance, Containers, Cost, Data Analytics, Governance, Kubernetes, Performance, Security, and Storage.

• GCP: Compute, Database, and Networking.

These new alerts will help you stay on top of potential issues across your cloud environment, from security vulnerabilities to cost anomalies.

🔬 Process Mining & Incident Management

We're introducing two powerful new features to help you gain deeper insights into your operations and manage incidents more effectively:

• Deep Mining: Our new Deep Mining feature allows you to explore your process data to identify bottlenecks, uncover unwanted activities, and analyze process duration and deadline adherence.

• Incident Management: We've added a new Incident Management sheet that allows you to create incidents from various sources, including Linear, Jira, Slack, GitHub, and GitLab. This makes it easier than ever to track and manage incidents from a single, centralized location.

✨ UI/UX Enhancements

We've also made a number of improvements to our user interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly:

• New Dashboard: We've redesigned our dashboard to include a new "Organization Metrics" card that gives you a high-level overview of your integrations, incidents, and alerts.

• Live Activity Feed: We've added a new "Live Activity Feed" that provides a real-time stream of events from your cloud infrastructure.

• Integration Modals: We've added new modals for connecting to Notion and Okta, making it easier to set up these integrations.

• Issue Explorers: We've added new issue explorers for Linear, Jira, GitHub, and Slack, allowing you to browse and select issues and messages directly from within Panoptico.
